This place was amazing. Everything we got was good. Got the loaded fries but without the nacho cheese. It does get busy so I would plan accordingly

Been wanting to try birria pizza! The birria pizza here was smaller than expected. It came in the size of a personal pizza box. It was messily cut into 8 pieces. The flavor was quite delicious and not too salty. The birria soup it came with was also not too salty - flavor was not too heavy. The pizza definitely was enough for 3-4 people. Despite the smaller size, the birria pizza was quite hefty. Overall: quite delicious! Just a little smaller than expected.

Nenes lived up to the hype. The inside of it reminds me of a classic taco place with only standing areas to eat. I got the viral birria pizza. It was AMAZING! Loved the guac in it as well and dipped it in consome soup. Very filling as well and great value if you want to split the pizza with friends. Highly, highly recommend. Excited to come back.

They have FISH TACOS! It's not on the menu in the restaurant. I found out because I found them on Grubhub and saw. They are delicious! Oh and so is their guac!!!!

I go to a lot of shows in Brooklyn, and thus I am always on a quest to try another birria taco (my fave late-night, post-concert snack). This time I visited the Bushwick location of Nenes Taqueria. The birria did not disappoint; the trio of tacos were super flavorful and stuffed with meat. The deli-style shop was cute and clean, service efficient. I will definitely be back for more

I've been here a few times with friends. We come here bcus it's only a few blocks away from where we climb at Brooklyn Boulders. It's a good spot bcus they're open late and they have some seating (indoor and outdoors). Food is pretty tasty and decently priced. But if there's a lot of people ordering, the food can sometimes take a while to be ready. So usually if we see that there's not a lot of people, then we'll go in and order. We once had the birria pizza to share amongst 4 people. We each had 2 big slices each. It was yummy and very filling, but the only con was that it was very flimsy and would easily fall apart. I would still get it again though.

My friend and I came here after hearing about the hype. Honestly this place may be overhyped... My friend is originally from California and we were hoping for tacos that could compare to the west coast. By those standards, we left disappointed. The birria tacos were good, but we had better. It also was additional for the consome (the dip). The pork taco was probably the best. The lengua (beef tongue) also was disappointing. There was a good amount of protein in the lengua and pork taco so we left feeling full with 2 tacos. I think the birria taco skimped a bit on the meat (you can see the pics). Don't get me wrong - the tacos are good here. But would I come down all the way from Manhattan or Queens? Probably not.

Great for an after-work dinner when you want something that hits your craving and reward yourself after a long week. California burrito is filling and decently sized. Horchata tastes great and I'd go back to get it again. Service is fast and salsa is self-serve, if you want to take them home and use them to enhance your burrito (or a bag of tortilla chips lying around somewhere that has been waiting for the perfect toppings).

Found this place on Tik Tok so when I saw we were in the area of it, I knew I had to try it. The food was delicious. I got pork tacos and the Birrea soup on the side. Been thinking about that soup ever since. The service was quick! There's a few seats inside and several tables outside but it was kind of cold so we stood inside. We ate standing up because they do have a bar size stand up table. We were here for a good time, not a long time. I would recommend this taqueria.
